Students & staff of the University of Lucerne

Students and staff of the University of Lucerne should select the eduroam network.

  • Login for employees: LogonName + Realm '@unet.unilu.ch' (e.g. MusterH@unet.unilu.ch)
  • Login for students: LogonName + Realm '@studnet.unilu.ch' (e.g. S11-111-111@studnet.unilu.ch)

Students & staff of PH Lucerne

Students and staff of the Lucerne University of Teacher Education (PH) choose the "phlu" network or eduroam network.

  • Login for employees via eduroam: vorname.nachname@phlu.ch
  • Login for students via eduroam: vorname.nachname@stud.phlu.ch

HSLU students & staff

Students and staff of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) working on site select the «hslu» network via WLAN, off campus they connect via VPN to the «hslu» campus network. Instructions can be found in the HSLU IT  self-service portal (login required).

Students & staff of other universities

Students and staff of other universities use eduroam (access data is provided by the home university), provided their university offers this. Otherwise you can log in via the "public" network.

General public

All other users can log in via the «public» network. The login is valid for two days after the request. The connection is made via SMS authentication. A mobile phone is therefore essential.
